How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@baigetoy.com

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please check your returns before sending them. We are not responsible for returns of non-BaigePlush products. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
