Refund Policy

 


We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day  return window. We will be happy to issue a refund for items returned in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged, unworn, in original packaging and with all original tags attached.

Refund Policy: We will issue a credit for the item(s) as soon as we receive them. Shipping and handling fees will be refunded if the return is due to our error. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

Damaged/Defective Items Policy

We will offer an exchange or refund for any items received damaged or defective as long as damaged defective items are reported within 5 days of receipt and items are reported within 5 days of receipt.

To initiate the process:

  1. Contact us at support@baigetoy.com, providing your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage.

  3. We will guide you through the return process and issue your exchange or refund as soon as the return is received and inspected.

Please note that items must be reported within the specified timeframes for us to process a return or exchange.

How will I receive my refund?

Your request will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original account you used to pay.

Please note that a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returned items. This fee helps cover the costs of processing and restocking the item. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

You can return most items within 30 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants, grocery and food products. )

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Health and Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or that has had hygiene tags or stickers removed.
